Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Twelve theme with all other plugins deactivated?

Yep, I switched theme to 2012 and deactivated all plug ins and still the same issue.

I can’t see any spaces issue in your RSS feed.

true but if you open that url in chrome it just does not like it.

That’s a problem with Chrome – not WordPress. Unlike Firefox or IE, Chrome does not have an inbuilt RSS reader.
