RSS is not working with 2.8.2 update

I can’t get my rss to work. I have searched the forums and tried everything that I could find to resolve this issue and I still can’t get my feed to work.

when i try to run it through feed validator.com it brings this error message.

This feed does not validate.

I have tried reinstalling, changing the rewrite.php file going back to old versions and nothing seems to work.

can some one tell me what I need to do and if I need to change some code which file do I need to change it in.
