RSS import?

I am migrating from an overblown for what I actually use, as I’ve recently admitted) product (e107) and would like to be able to bring along all my old newsposts into WordPress. I don’t have much hope of an actual converter, but I _can_ get an rss feed of all my entries, and I’m wondering if someone has an RSS to WordPress importer script that I could use to make this a lot better than manually copying and pasting in all the old entries.
