RSS Icon and title URL’s different

If you hover over my RSS feed icon, you get the feed URL. Next to the icon, I have “Click Icon to Subscribe” and that link points to the homepage of the blog. How do I get the link to point to the feed URL instead of the blog homepage?

I wrote “Click Icon to Subscribe” so the not so savvy people know what that icon is for but i have a feeling people are clicking the text link and bringing them back to the homepage for the blog. Any help is appreciated.
