RSS for Etsy to Pinterest

I have an Etsy store and would like to develop an RSS feed from it to Pinterest. It requires a verified domain to do so and I wanted to know if WordPress has a plugin I can use to cache my Etsy RSS feed and allow me to register a feed from my domain to Pinterest. Pinterest will not allow a direct feed from Etsy, only a domain I can prove that I own. I just need to continuously cache the Etsy RSS feed and then provide it, under my domain, to Pinterest. Any thoughts?
