RSS feeds in Retina theme
-
Hello:
I’m self-learning WordPress to create a blog for a dog shelter called ‘HUELLAS-Puertollano’ in Spain; all of us are volunteers, the aim is to publish our dogs for potential adoptions, and ask for donations (paypal), etc. The website is just a rehearsal of what will be. We really love your Retina theme and we will use it.
I translated to spanish the inner text of the ‘Continue’, ‘Search’, Next’, ‘leave a comment’, ‘reply’ etc all along the different .php files. If you wish I can deliver my translation to you, just give me an ftp address
I found only one thing that I cannot change, and is: in the RSS widget, one enters the URL of the RSS feed, and in another field, an optional label for the widget; well, the widget reads correctly the RSS feed (in the website, you will see our Facebook wall last five entries, it works fine!, but…the label appears in the title of the widget, with a link to the RSS feed URL?? Normally, this URL is not useful as a direct link to be picked.
What I wanted, and cannot achieve, is to leave the RSS widget label as pure text, not as a link. Or, in case of a link, just put the Facebook page link, not the RSS one.
Can you help me?
Thank you very much in advance
