    How can you tell the site has been hacked since I can’t see anything different on the site at all.

    This is very upsetting needless to say.

    Thanks for your help!

    I don’t think it’s WordPress related. Your server has probably been compromised, so you should contact your hosts.

    GoDaddy will be getting a call then. Thank you. I will post again in the next couple of days if I can’t get this sorted out.
    Have a great night.

    FWIW, this seems to be a relatively new hack via an iframe injection. Yours is about the 4th or 5th I’ve seen today.

    All of the WP sits I host now are not generating a valid feed. When calling GoDaddy they are less than helpful as they insist that it is an error on Word Press part and not the server being hacked.

    Why is there no unwanted advertising and or a re-direct to another site if indeed my wp-site has been hacked. All content and pages appears to be fine.

    I’ve no idea but if you examine the source of your pages, you’ll see the iframe and the tell-tale img src at the very bottom of the page.

    I was able to find the code that got added and able to resolve the first invalid feed issue. Now I am attempting to back up the the database and etc.

    However, I have another invalid feed:
    This is the error message:

    This feed does not validate.

    line 141, column 0: length attribute of enclosure must be a positive integer (4 occurrences) [help]

    <enclosure url=”” length=”” type=”” />

    line 141, column 0: type attribute of enclosure must be a valid MIME type (4 occurrences) [help]

    <enclosure url=”” length=”” type=”” />

    line 141, column 0: url must be a full URL: (4 occurrences) [help]

    <enclosure url=”” length=”” type=”” />

    I am unable to find where this phantom enclosure is.

    Please help. Thanks for your time!
