RSS feed won’t validate! Cannot find answer anywhere else

There’s javascript code at the bottom of the page (all your pages) that, when executed, hits a site called x-victory.ru. This is a known exploit, I suggest you try and find that rogue inserted script. Look in index.php, wp-config.php, etc.

How do you suppose that happened? Can anyone give a tip on what might of caused that? I’ve been running wordpress on various websites for at least 4 years and I’ve never run into that problem. Was it a theme, or plugin I downloaded? Anyone know what may cause that, or give me a tip on how to protect against it in the future?
