RSS Feed will not be imported

When you say “in the overview” where are you referring to?

There are a number of reasons feed items might not be importing. You can have a better look at them in our documentation here. Please try these out, and if the problem still persists just get back in touch and we’ll take a closer look at it for you.

Hi, we would need to know what the feed source URL you’re using is please.

Also, we apologise for the documentation issue. It was down for a short while but it’s since been fixed and everything is up and running again. You can now access that link, so please go through those possibilities and let us know what you find out. Thanks.

Development Site was migrated to Live Site one month ago and RSS Feed ceased working.
