RSS Feed Title

Hello,
My RSS file:
https://www.librarianactivist.org/wp-rss2.php
doesn’t have a title or description when I subscribe to it in Bloglines. Even when I edit the wp-rss2.php file (to add title and description) nothing changes. Can anyone help?
