RSS Feed Time

    Since daylight savings time my rss feed time has been wrong.

    Its saying 08:48:48 +0000 even though the time is 09:48:48

    WordPress seems to know that is DST in the general settings it says:

    This timezone is currently in daylight saving time.

    please help
