• I noticed last week that my email campaigns stopped working for MailChimp yet my other feeds like with my Amazon author page are working just fine. I reached out to MailChimp and they responded with the following:

I had a chance to look over the last campaign that seems that it was sent out on August 10th. On our end, I see that it was sent out to the list as the settings listed. I did some more digging and tested the RSS feed that we had for that campaign, https://weikfitness.com/feed/.

When I used https://validator.w3.org/feed/ to validate the feed, it gave me this page: https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fweikfitness.com%2Ffeed%2F. Without the validated feed, MailChimp isn’t able to pull the information and send out the campaigns to your list. Once this is taken care of, everything should start working again.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Here’s another update from MailChimp I just received. Does anyone know how to whitelist IPs? Here is what they sent me just now:

I reviewed the logging on our end and found that the operation times out whenever our system attempts to pull the feed. Based on that, it looks like your site may be blocking connections from our outbound IP addresses. To resolve this, you’ll want to try whitelisting our IPs:
    35.237.96.166
    35.237.137.211
    35.237.227.69

Do you have any security plugins installed that might be firewalling or blocking stuff like that?

Also, your site redirects to https, so you should probably change the feed definition to use that on the MailChimp side.
