RSS Feed stopped workin! PLEASE HELP!

Hi,
Every time I publish an article it always updates to the RSS feed so that I can publish on facebook and twitter but for some reason it has stopped working and the two articles i have just published are not updating on the RSS Feed. PLEASE HELP! I have no idea why it is doing this and I have never had this before.
