rss feed stats or plugin

I was wondering if there’s a plugin which tells me how many rss subs i have at my blog. I’ve tried google reader and don’t trust it.

example: I looked up some unknown blog that had 94 subscribers and then looked up Tom Venuto’s ‘burn the fat blog’ and that also said he had 94 subs when in reality he has quarter of a million.

I’d like this to not be viewable by the public (or at least have the option to have the stats shown only to me, the admin).
