RSS Feed setups

  • Hello,

    I just downloaded the latest version of WordPress

    I am trying to figure out how to get my RSS feed to activate

    I checked out the support documents and it says the link is under “Options”

    I must be blind but I do not see anything pertaining to RSS under any of the submenus under the Options menu.

    Can someone help me set up an RSS feed for my WP blog?

    Nevermind, I found it. Since this is a forum dedicated to WP, why not make your preferences link to your WP blog?

    The feed is already “activated” – you just need to find it ??

    In your case, the feed link is in your footer. Before you post back, the link has a “feed:” preface to it so if you do not have a program registered for the feed protocol, you will get an error. Some have chosen to delete the “feed:” from the link in footer.php

    feed:https://gabbr.com/wordpress/?feed=rss2
    vs.
    https://gabbr.com/wordpress/?feed=rss2

    Edit: Hmmm, “feed:” is surreptitiously removed from the first link by this forum software ;-).
