RSS Feed Reader for any homepage?

Is there a way to apply the WordPress RSS Feed Reader to a different homepage. For example, I have a site already built (www.fsmetroorlando.org) and installed WordPress into a directory on the site. I want RSS Feeds from other sites to show up in a div on the homepage (www.fsmetroorlando.org) using the wordpress app. Can this be done? My hosting company is not compatible with any other javascript options I tried, but they say wordpress will work for what I need. I can’t figure out how to do this though. Any help is appreciated.
