RSS feed problem

Hello, i’m trying to use rss widget for my web. i’m using dirty green wall theme, i guess it’s widget ready.
when i fill in the adress of rss feed (it’s https://ws.audioscrobbler.com/1.0/artist/soxoo/events.rss ; it’s a last.fm feed for my band) it says it couldn’t find url.what is wrong with it?
