RSS feed Problem

  • Hello! I need my feed to work, but i have problem with feed validator, that send me out this message

    It looks like this is a web page, not a feed. I looked for a feed associated with this page, but couldn’t find one. Please enter the address of your feed to validate.

    On the feed there is line one showing

    This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    Please help me! I don’t know where to ask to resolve this issue.

  • You have big images in your posts and the posts are right large. I wouldn’t set my feeds to the whole post. Setting the feed setting to ‘summary’ is usually better as it brings anyone visiting via a RSS feed back to your website to read more.

    In your case it might just be the validators are tripping over the wealth of html content. Setting things to summary might fix that for you. Else you’ll need to find a feed sanitizer to pipe your feed through.

    I am using my feed for Google News Producer, that’s why i’m not using Summary on my site.

    Any suggestion on why it is scanned as a webpage and not a feed?
