RSS feed not working.

Hi,

I have successfully setup my website https://www.emarketing-guide.info

All of yesterday it worked fine. However, today I cannot run the wp_smartrss.php command. I get the error

“Sorry. We cannot find the location you are looking for.” displayed in the portion of the screen where the comments are posted.

I also could not get the CRON job to work. I am using the the command

/usr/bin/wget -O – -q https://www.emarketing-guide.info/wp_smartrss.php

I get a message “Permission denied” emailed back to me every time it runs.
