RSS Feed not Updating with W3 Total Cache

I am having problems getting third party feed readers to update with my latest posts on my RSS feed. My original feed url is updated (https://www.breadcrumbsguide.com/feed) but when I go to my feedburner feed (https://feeds.feedburner.com/BreadcrumbsGuide) it is not current. I have already tried all of the suggestions listed here, including unchecking the Cache Feeds box in W3 Total Cache Page Cache settings.
When I deactivate W3 Total Cache, suddenly everything updates and works great. When I reactivate, I am back to the same problem and the posts that finally showed up when I deactivated, disappear again.
