RSS feed not updating

I am using Genesis with a Metro theme and I can’t get my RSS feed to update. I have refreshed many times and it doesn’t change. I have confirmed that the feed is functioning. Is there a setting for cacheing that I need to deal with? Or can you point me in a direction to fix this problem? Thanks…
