Rss Feed Not loading Articles

Hi,
My Articles aren’t uploading onto my RSS Feed for some reason. it got stock on some old one back in feb and since then I’ve had about 50 articles added.
My RSS Feed is https://www.hostingandfree.com/feed
It has a redirect to the following:
https://feeds.feedburner.com/hostingandfree/gGuxCould you please advice?
My website is: https://www.hostingandfree.comFurther I’ve got one more issue on my other wordpress site called https://techtechy.com
The issue there is that on my main page thumbnails or pictures are showing but not on any of my categories exp:
https://techtechy.com/category/new_technology/Could you please help or advice what’s wrong?
