For you to make that automatic import, please make sure that you have a cronjob installed and running on your server, If not or you don’t know, I advice you contact your hosting company to verify and or have cronjob enabled.
There are also external sites that offer the same service, such as:

cronless.com
Once you have set up a scheduled task on your server,simply ask it to hit your sites url regularly or based on your need.
