RSS Feed featured element/enclosure

Hi,
I’m about to install this but wondering what the Related RSS element will look like.
Our setup is to have the featured image go in <enclosure> element. This is also pulled from email solution to distribute blog email and <enclosure> is used as thumbnail image.

Will it populate an image over there considering that video embed code is not supported across email clients yet?
