    Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch. if you go to the RSS Feed tab in the plugin settings you should see a Modified Only option, if you disable this it will show all your posts. If your page has already been approved for Instant Articles it’s best to leave it enabled though.

    Hi,

thank you for your quick reply. I changed the setting as you have mentioned but the feed is still empty. I reloaded the URL several times (every 10 Min within an hour) w/o any success. Do you have more ideas to solve this issue?

    Kind regards
    Erik

    Hi Erik,

Thanks, I’ve had a look and it seems ok to me (https://prnt.sc/ibaaxk). If you’ve previously looked at it before then your browser has probably cached the old version, if you check it in an incognito window you should see the articles.

Thank you for your help. Yes, feed seams to be cached by my browser. Using a different one displays the 10 articles i defined as instant articles.

I now updated the section within my facebook page but it seams that facebook did not recognize the feed for instant articles. How can I improve this? Do you know similar issues like that?

    Kind regards

    Hi Erik,

Sorry I’m not quite sure what you mean, do you mean the articles aren’t showing up in Facebook? It can take a little while for them to process the articles. Under the Connect your Site section on your Facebook settings page have you authorised your domain? And have you added the RSS feed to the Production Feed box? In the left hand menu if you go to Production Articles are there any in there?

Yes, the articles aren`t showing in the production articles section. Still the “less that 10 articles” message is shown.

The technical impacts (authorisation the domain and adding RSS feed to production box) are done.

Can it be that there are issues with the articles itself?

    Hi,

Sorry for the delayed reply. Humm that’s odd, your articles look fine from what I can see. Could you possibly email [email protected] with some screenshots of your Instant Articles settings on Facebook and we’ll try and work out what the issue could be?

    All the best
