I have wordpress 2.7 running on my own server. Everything seems to be finde. But now I noticed, that I get the RSS feed (XML) instead of the HTML page when I go to certain pages.
The homepage with all the blog postings works find. But I got also some pages with static content (like imprint etc.). When I click on these pages I get the RSS feed instead of the HTML page.

I found the problem in the Apache mod_memcache/mod_diskcache problem.

It was working fine on my development machine with the very same wordpress files but the apache missing the cache modules. So I deactivated them on the live system too. This fixed the problem…

    Thanks for the suggestions.

do you have any details on this issue?
I also have the same problem but unfortunately it’s not reproducabel every time.
I have no clue when and why this happens. When deactivating the Cache in Firefox then it doesn’t happen anymore.
The problem occurred on Firefox, Safari and IE. Any hints on how I could find the problem would be greatly appreciated.

LE: I deactivated mod_memcache and clicked around on my wordpress Site and it seems that the error is gone.
But I’m still not sure since the error couldn’t really be reproduced.
