RSS feed, code, explanation etc…

I am totally, completely and absolutely confused about RSS, setting it up , the code……..

https://www.projectijtihad.com/blog is my site and I don’t know if the RSS link ever existed.

Any help in clarifying the fog would be greatly appreciated.
