RSS feed AutoPost Plugin?

I’m looking to find a plugin that will automagically pick up new items in an RSS feed and integrate the info into a post, which will automatically be published.

Does anyone know of a plugin that’ll do this? I’ve search and searched, but I can’t find anything that’ll do exactly what I described above.

Also, I’ve got MySQL 4.0.27, and PHP5 running on my server.

Any help with this is GREATLY appreciated, as it is very important that I can figure out a way to do this – preferably automatically.
