As far as I know, it’s always at the address Ipstenu mentioned above: https://website.com/feed/ or in your case: https://ruthiespoonemore.com/feed/
There are plugins and widgets that can make links to your RSS feed for you. I am useing the Twenty Eleven theme which (I’m pretty sure) came with an RSS feed widget which I’ve placed at the bottom of my sidebar.
TO view different RSS feeds, I would just use Firefox (or another browser with a similar capability) and check out the little RSS feed button at the top. It will show you which feeds you can subscribe to. For example on your home page I found two feeds I can subscribe to:
https://ruthiespoonemore.com/feed/
https://ruthiespoonemore.com/comments/feed/
You could grab a plugin like “Simple RSS Feeds Widget” and throw all your RSS feed URLs into that. Although this particular widget advertises other RSS feeds, you should just be able to delete all those and stick yours in there.
Just a thought!
