RSS feed

I have a question about the wp rss feed, does anyone know if you can control the amount of content a feed sends out ? I use it to feed info into a mobile app some times the full post will show up from the feed and some times its just a teaser clip that has link back to the full article on my website. I would prefer the teaser clip that’s why the question..
