  • Somewhere in your sidebar is this:
    <a href="feed:http......

    Get rid of the feed:

    so it’s <a href="https://
    and all should be good.

well the weird thing is, when i put the URL in (without the feed:), i get a blank page. Check the page source, and all you get is <html><body></body></html>. That can’t be right, XML needs a doctype, and since when has the RSS standard used <html> and <body> tags?

That is a known bug with WordPress v1.5.1. Please upgrade to v2.0 as soon as you can.

Or at least WordPress v1.5.2 if you have some incompatible plugins or something. It’s a couple versions newer than your’s (there were a few 1.5.1.x’s).

I am really not that learned yet with a lot of this stuff, but I am coming along (I figured out to modify the colour scheme which was a major accomplishment for me). Can you please tell a NOOB how to upgrade? (a friend first installed WP on my site, I didn’t even know how to do that)

I have no plug-ins installed. I have many themes installed but I am satisfied with the one I am using and am not intending upon changing that.
