Rss Error: http error name lookup failed, Is this for dns ?

  • I have been See a Problem In Dns Result

    My Name Servers Is

    dns1.hostrising.com. [‘198.12.86.210’] [TTL=172800]
    dns2.hostrising.com. [‘198.12.86.211’] [TTL=172800]

    But my shared ip Is 198.12.86.211

    I think It is make a problem like as Site load for example :

    Browser >> dns1.hostrising.com(198.12.86.210)>>Not Found….

    Then browser again request to as

    Browsers >> dns2.hostrising.com(198.12.86.211)>> And Found My Website…

    It was Possible or not …?
