RSS Enclosures for MP3s

I use my WordPress blog to generate an RSS feed for my podcast. However, the post I just made for some reason doesn’t have an enclosure generated for the referenced MP3 file.

I’ve tried copying across an old post which works and publishing it again, but it doesn’t work.
