RSS and .php redirects for new site

I just made my WP live yesterday (https://michaelgaither.com now redirects to https://michaelgaither.com/home, where the WP template lives). My old site (still active) is under B2 Evolution. I need assistance directing traffic to the new site/feed:

1) My old site is at: https://www.michaelgaither.com/b2/blogs/multiblogs.php. How can I redirect this php file to go to michaelgaither.com/home? (Or just michaelgaither.com?)

2) My old RSS feed is at https://michaelgaither.com/b2/blogs/rsc/blog_rss.xml. I’ve replaced the contents of that file with this, but it doesn’t seem to work:

<redirect>
<newLocation>https://www.michaelgaither.com/home/feed</newLocation&gt;
</redirect>

Am I missing something painfully obvious in the file?
