RSS

I’ve tried many different url ending options but I cant quite figure out how to get my RSS to work properly

my permalinks are set to :
Post name https://www.zanstudios.com/sample-post/

if I use /feed/ it gives me “This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below…..”

/feeds/ give me an empty page.

I’ve tried many other options form WP support page and got quite lost in them because nothing seemed to work. I may be either missing something stupid simple or doing something horribly wrong ?? I would appreciate some help Please ?? !
