RS Ad not leaving Dashboard

    I logged in to WordPress only to find this giant ad for RS book display that would not go away. There’s no X button I can press, and it doesn’t matter if I hit view details or install now, the image just stays there. Why is this even allowed? How do I get rid of it? It’s on every page in my dashboard…

    I am sorry about this.

    I received a few messages regarding this ad, but here in my development environment, I do not see ads in full screen. The ads I see can be easily closed, and once you close them, they do not show again.

    I am testing it from another device, and I still see that it’s completely fine.

    If you could help me understand the issue, I would appreciate it.

    Could we talk for two minutes? I just want to identify where the problem is coming from.
