    Hello,
    I have been using this plugin with The Events Calendar for years without problems until I have updated to the calendar new version.
    Before the past events were automatically removed from the stream, but now past events are kept and I have to manually remove them from the category which is very annoying.
    Is there a workaround?

    I have some questions:

    1. Can you share the URL where you use this plugin with the events calendar?
    2. Which version of RPWE are you using?

    Hello,
    You can see an example here: https://www.ordinearchitettiudine.it/attivita-culturali/
    The events are in the right column.
    It used to list only upcoming events, now it goes back to 1 year (the calendar is set to delist older events).
    Now I had reverted RPWE to v. 1.1, but I also tested v.2 without success.

    I have a question, after you updated the this plugin to version 2.0, did you check the widget settings? Did you see any difference?

    Yes, I checked to see if I needed to tune the settings, but I didn’t notice any difference.
    The events are still ordered by date in ascending order.
    I’m using “tribe_events_cat=” to filter events.

    I need more info about it, since no changes to the query functionality. In the meantime, you can still using the version 1.1.0

    Hello Satrya,
    I had downgraded RPWE to 1.1 but it had no effect regarding my issue.
    I think it could be related to the new Events Calendar version.
    What kind of info do you need?

    Oh I see, so I guess the new version of The Events Calendar, affect the output. So, maybe you can also ask this on The Events calendar support? You can ask them and leave the support URL here, so I can monitor the update about this issue.

    Their (generic and predictable) answer:

    You may be using an older function that has been retired. This article will walk you through finding and fixing the error.

    Thank you for the link, but I am still not sure why their query is different. I’ll take a look later and see what I can do about it.
