    Hi ,

After latest RPS gallery update the request is to use with Redux framework, so I installed Redux plugin as well and it just stops sliding? I did not build a new slider just worked off the previous working code that was in place prior to the update

I even rolled back to prior RPS gallery plugin and still no luck so re rolled up to latest with Redux and RPS and still no luck ?

The Slider started up then stopped again twice for a short time, under 5 mins?

I’ve deactivated most plugins and re tried ?

Just had a chance to look into this for you. On wildrovertours.com, it seems as though the issue might be due to some JavaScript resources not loading properly as a result of a 404 (not found) error. See the errors below:

[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery-migrate.min.js, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.js, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.ui.mouse.min.js, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.ui.core.min.js, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.ui.sortable.min.js, line 0)
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) (jquery.ui.widget.min.js, line 0)

The failure of jquery and jquery-migrate to load would render fancybox (the slideshow viewer) from running properly.

Interestingly enough, the site https://www.wildroverdaytoursireland.com/ does not suffer from the same errors so you could be dealing with a plugin conflict there.

In neither site were we able to locate a gallery that could be used to replicate the exact issue, so feel free to follow up with us and provide an example. Thanks in advance.

Iam thinking error is after a wordpress upgrade ?

    1) As all these sites were left working fine and unchanged code etc?

    wildrovertours.ie –
    wildrovertorus.eu –
    wildroverdaytours.com –
Working fine > untouched for couple months and working fine ?

    2) only sites with latest Redux and Latest RPS is
    updated to the latest
updated to the latest of RPS gallery >?

    ?> wildrovertours.com and wildroverdaytoursireland.com

It seems the issue is likely a conflict with another script that perhaps was activated during a theme update. In looking at the “Cliffs of Moher” gallery page, we noticed RPS Image Gallery is not generating the output. Rather it appears a script called flexslider, which is part of the Luna theme, is handling the display. There might be a way within the Luna theme settings to disable the included slider and restore RPS Image Gallery to operational status. Let us know what you find.

We are going to assume you have resolved this issue since it has been a while. Please feel free to reopen the topic if you need further assistance.
