RoyalSlider and TouchCarousel Will Not Load for Others

It appears your sliders are trying to load images with https links, but you do not have a proper SSL cert installed:

for example, one of the errors points to https://cinnabar.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/IMG_0234-1024×768.jpg

@sterndata please excuse my naivete, but how do I install the proper SSL cert?

If you want to make your site run with SSL, the first thing to do is contact your host and ask if they support the free LetsEncrypt certs.

BUT the issue here is how did those images get entered with https as the protocol?

@sterndata I’m not sure. Is this the issue for both sliders? These sliders have worked perfectly for quite some time up until now. They should all be linking to photos we have uploaded ourselves.

Use the browser inspector to view your site for errors.

@sterndata There doesn’t seem to be any errors that I can detect on my end (at least the sliders don’t seem to be sourcing from any independent http links). Any other thoughts? Thank you for your help thus far!
