Royal Mail integration keeps dropping

Hi gang
hope someone can help
my royal mail integration keeps dropping and despite MANY emails to RM, they cannot offer any more help their end.
they’ve said they are getting these errors:
2) timeout errors, we receive no response back when requesting the orders System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.Net.Http.WinHttpException: The operation timed out 3) we receive the wrong response type when requesting orders. System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: A response of type 'application/json' was expected, but a response of type 'text/html' was received.
The integration will stop working, and the REST API will have a ‘last accessed’ time and then any subsequent request are ‘unknown’
I’ll leave the integration for a few days, try connecting it again and it works.
I’m changing absolutely nothing and it’ll just connect up again
It’s doing my nut in that it keeps dropping and I can’t figure out a solution
