Royal Mail Click and Drop

This is a great plugin for offering personalised products. The problem is that it conflicts with the Royal Mail Click and Drop API, so we can’t use it as it prevents orders from going to our Click and Drop account for order processing. I think this might be to do with Click and Drop not accepting the customisation elements. Click and Drop doesn’t need them, only the order to generate a label. Is there any way around this? Can the plugin be amended to stop the Click and Drop API breaking? Any help would be appreciated so we can continue using this great plugin. I think this is quite a crucial issue since a lot of people in the UK use RM Click and Drop to process orders.
