Royal elementor Add-Ons Cannot DL Kit

I’m a paid Pro User of Royal. I am trying to download a Kit. When I click on “Get This Template Kit”, it takes me to a page to purchase a Pro license. I ALREADY HAVE A PRO LICENSE! THEIR PROCESS DOESN’T RECOGNIZE PRO LICENSED USERS WHEN LOGGED-IN. Spending FAR TOOOOOO much time on something that should be straight forward, logical, an a quality UX experience. (BTW, their support message system really sucks…..) Anyone have a workaround?

Great! But you cannot get help from the developer here. They can get into real trouble if they support you, a paying customer, here. That it not allowed.
For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
