Row ordering only works when you edit the page using the Gutenberg editor, and select the Tablepress block options.

Row ordering does not work when you edit the table via Tablepress – All Tables – Edit, or when editing the Tablepress shortcode in the Classic Editor.

Similarly, I’ve enabled visitor features and switched on ‘Enable sorting of the table by the visitor’ and ‘Enable the visitor to filter or search the table…’ in Tablepress – All Tablepress – Edit. However, no search or sorting options appear on the page.

This is not due to a plugin or theme conflict, or due to caching. I tested the above functions after removing all plugins, switching theme, and turning off all caching.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

When I open the page from your link, the sorting, search, etc. features of that table are working totally fine for me? Did you maybe find a cause and solution for this already? If it’s still not working for you: Are you testing while logged-in into WordPress? Can you then please try again while logged-out (or in a “Private” or “Incognito” browsing tab)?

    Regards,
    Tobias

Thanks for your quick reply Tobias ??

The sorting and search appear to have simply started working. The page must have been cached somewhere besides my browser, Litespeed and Cloudflare. Weird!

    Hi,

yes, that could indeed be a possibility. Good to hear that everything is working now ??

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

P.S.: In case you haven’t, please rate TablePress here in the plugin directory. Thanks!
