Row count and total product count

Hey everyone,
I am trying the following in this plug-in;
- I want to add a new row on the left of the product name giving row counts, so each row in the table is +1. With a total count on the bottom of the last row.
- Secondly I want to have a total product count. So lets say a customer orders 3 blankets and 1 cup, I want it to show 4 below the last row.
anyone know how to make this work? I have been trying to adjust the templates for this but I am not to great with php.

This is certainly possible with the customizer, included in Premium Templates. With this tool, you can add the Position item column block to your PDF documents:
Then, a new column will be displayed, adding the line position:
In this PDF invoice, you can see a new item column, on the left side, which displays the item line position. Secondly I want to have a total product count. So lets say a customer orders 3 blankets and 1 cup, I want it to show 4 below the last row.
