Route no longer appearing in shipstation

  • For some reason, Route stopped appearing in my Shipstation after the order gets synced from woocommerce. Everything is updated to the latest version. This has been going on for around two weeks.

  • We are seeing the same issue still, even with the latest version of the plugin installed.

    I figured this out. Route purposely did this. In version 2.2.6, the changelog states that they removed the Route item from the XML that gets sent to shipstation. I have no idea why they did this, but it’s really inconvenient and led me on a wild goose chase for a few weeks.
