• Hello,

we noticed a rounding issue in WooCommerce 4.2.2

That was the latest order calculated with 7% tax rate:

Payment was correct, we got 30,50€ via PayPal.

But on order details and invoice it’s 30,51€, which is 1 cent too much.

    These are our tax settings:

Has anyone else noticed something like that?

    Best regards
    Manuel

    Hi there,

Just to check: what the number of decimals that are used on your store? You can check that under WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency Options.

Also, can you share a screenshot of your standard setup that matches with what’s listed in that order?

    Hi @riaanknoetze

It is set to two decimals.

What do you mean with “standard setup that matches with what’s listed in that order”?

Do you mean the items in that order?

I have already changed the wrong totals in the database, so that the shop owner can issue a correct invoice.

For this I had adjusted the value for “total_sales” in “wp_wc_order_stats” and the meta_key “_order_total” in “wp_postmeta”.

Not the perfect way, but the invoice is now correct.

By the way, the amounts in all emails were also correct. It only appeared wrong in the order details and invoice.
