Rounded photos and names-as-links

Hi there,
Trying out this plugin for the first time and very impressed so far! Just have 2 quick questions:

1. How can I make the photos display as rounded rather than square, just for the testimonials? I’ve inspected the source code of an uploaded testimonial and it looks like it’s just pulling the auto-generated WP thumbnail for the uploaded photos; I only want to round thumbnails for my testimonials. Is this possible with CSS or would I have to create a rounded photo in iPhotos or similar and upload those?

2. Would it be possible to make the reviewer’s name a hyperlink, rather than have an additional link field? Many of my clients aren’t representing a company and I normally link to their LinkedIn or other profiles to show that they’re genuine.
