Round up a number in NOV formular

Hello can you say me how i can round up a number how like this:
0,12
0,33
0,56
0,82
0,91
every Time on the next full
0,12 – 0,2
0,33 – 0,4
0,56 – 0,6
0,82 – 0,9
0,91`- 1

I try this but i don’t know how precision i need:
round(variable,precision)
