Rotator stopped working

Hi,
I have 1.0.7 of your plugin and it stopped working. I just have a blank white area.
The plugin is not showing that it has an update, but I see on your site that you have 1.0.13
Do I have to update manually? I don’t have access to my cpanel.Do you think this is why I have a blank rotator? On further testing I noticed that is DOES work in Firefox & Safari, but NOT ON CHROME.
