I have created a form the uses the rotate text function to fill out the final 5 pages of my PDF. I don’t know where to place the text box so that it aligns properly with my form. I originally thought that the box would rotate on it’s axis, but this is not the case. How can I align the rotated text into the proper position of the final form?

    Hi,

Can you please clarify what do you mean about “align the rotated text into the proper position”?

Currently rotation works as: “input” / “textarea” / “html” object will remain the same size as you can see inside E2Pdf Template and only “text” inside will be rotated. So if “text” rotated with “90” and aligned “left” it will start from the “bottom”. If it will be aligned “right” it will start from the “top”.

The rotated text isn’t rotating from the same position as the field was originally placed.

The final field is also being shortened, and not displaying the full final values.

This page is generated 5 times, and all of the values have somehow become shortened, and in positions that don’t seem to be consistent. How can I fix this problem? I am looking for the field to be placed where indicated.

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    Hi,

As it was mentioned above – the “rotation” doesn’t rotate “input” / “textarea” / “html” objects but it does rotation ONLY the text inside. You need to resize and set the input size exactly as it must be inside “PDF”.

    Please see current screenshot: https://prnt.sc/z4TkdH8Bdba2.

P.S. Field shortened because the “height” of “input” remains the same as you see inside E2Pdf Template and the text just doesn’t fit in it.
